August 11, 2008

Huntsville, Alabama-based black metallers BLOOD STAINED DUSK have have issued the following update:

"We are proud to announce that we have filled all positions in our live lineup for our tour with HORNA this fall. Unfortunately, due to previous obligations, Oroan (guitar, bass, vocals) and Pest (vocals) will not be able to join us on this endeavor. Profana and Thorgrin have hired some of the best musicians possible to stand in for them.'

BLOOD STAINED DUSK touring lineup:

Thorgrin: Guitar/Lead Vocals
Profana: Drums/Backing Vocals
Thom Mathews: Lead Guitar
Valak: Bass
Asura: Keyboards

BLOOD STAINED DUSK recently inked a deal with MDM/Moribund Records. The group's new album, "Black Faith Inquisition", will be released later in the year. Three tracks from the CD are available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

The "Black Faith Inquisition" album was originally due to be recorded in early 2005, but was postponed due to the tragic death of guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Dageth in January of that year. The CD is now being recorded by the remaining members of the band: Thorgrin, Oroan, and Profana. "Black Faith Inquisition" also features former GORGOROTH/OBTAINED ENSLAVEMENT frontman Pest handling lead vocal duties in Dageth's stead.
